rocher saint-michel

Check out Dan's wife's blog. She makes amazing paintings on pretty much a daily basis and posts them along with charming anecdotes from their day to day. I like that she always uses such vivid color. Her work occasionally takes on a cubist feel but at times borders on the abstract. Here is a recent post including a drawing from their vacation but I recommend looking further.

rocher saint-michel: "

A big rock with a little church on top. After sleeping for over eleven hours last night (!) - we had a long couple of days - we felt good and energized, so we went up to see it. Spectacular. And actually very small, though you wouldn't know it from the bottom (or even halfway up).
